BitStarz is a name crypto casino players have been hearing for years. The site claims 10+ million players and a pile of industry awards. Sounds great, but we decided to check it ourselves.

We loaded the site from Kyrgyzstan, dug through the games, went over the bonuses, checked the payment methods and read what actual players have to say. Here’s what we found – an honest review, no gloss.

Let me say this up front: BitStarz calls itself the “World’s Most Trusted Casino.” Big claim. Let’s see how much of it holds up.

Reputation

BitStarz has an “Excellent” rating based on more than 4,700 reviews from real players. That’s a solid number. Most people praise the same three things: fast payouts, good support and a nice game selection.

Some players report getting their money in five minutes. Five minutes! For an online casino that’s close to a record. Plenty of people mention easy verification and generous first-deposit bonuses. A few even get free spins every day without depositing anything.

Not everything is smooth, though. There’s a small group of players with very serious complaints. Some write about suspicious slot results. Others claim the multipliers in a game didn’t match their bet history. Several said their bet history was deleted after they complained. Those are warning signs, even if the reviews are in the minority.

One thing worth keeping in mind. Almost every big casino has negative reviews. People lose money – that’s the nature of gambling – and sometimes they go looking for an explanation. But when the subject is deleted bet history, that’s a different conversation. The overall picture is positive, but keep your eyes open.

First impressions

The HELP button sits on the right, and live chat is in the bottom right corner. Only two languages so far: Russian and English. For a casino with 10+ million players, that’s thin.

Game selection and navigation

BitStarz bets on variety. Slots, blackjack, roulette, keno, Mines, coin flip, dice, live casino. Plus a whole line of its own original games, and those are probably the most interesting part.

The BitStarz originals include its own blackjack, slot, keno, Mines, roulette, Coin Flip, Chick ‘N Run and Dice. There’s also Bonuz Mania and Piggyz, which are more bonus mechanics than games, but they get their own billing. Among third-party titles I spotted Big Bass Halloween, Big Bass Bonanza 1000, X Towers and plenty of others.

We couldn’t find an exact game count anywhere on the site. There’s a “Game Studios” section with a “View All” button, but the full list of studios isn’t shown on the homepage. Search works fine – you can look up a game by title or by studio. Games are arranged in horizontal carousels by section. Easy to scroll through, though more filters wouldn’t hurt.

Live casino is covered. There’s a separate “Top Live Casino” section on the homepage. If you like playing with real dealers, that’s a plus.

Customer support

BitStarz handles support through live chat. The chat icon sits in the bottom right corner, the standard spot. Email works too – support@bitstarz.com.

Players praise the speed and quality of support constantly. It’s one of the most common compliments in the reviews. Quick answers, in Russian and English.

There’s a flip side, though. Several players complained that support cut the conversation short when questions turned to disputed game results. That’s not a good look. Good support should hold up in the difficult situations too, not just when everything’s going fine.

We couldn’t find an FAQ section. Odd for a casino this size. A knowledge base of common questions would help, especially around crypto payments.

Payment methods and processing

This is where BitStarz really shines. We counted 12+ cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, Solana, Dogecoin, XRP, Bitcoin Cash, USDC, Tron, BNB and Cardano. Plus the conventional options – bank cards, bank transfer, Open Banking SEPA, Mifinity and Mandato.

Fees on every method: 0%. Deposits and withdrawals both. All transfers are listed as instant. When we checked from Kyrgyzstan, minimum deposits started at €10 via SEPA and €20 for cards and transfers. Crypto limits are very low – 0.0001 BTC or 10 USDT, for example.

The minimum withdrawal is €50 for nearly every method. That’s not small. For players with a modest bankroll it can be a problem. Maximum crypto withdrawal goes up to €50,000. By bank transfer, only up to €4,000.

Eighteen currencies are supported: USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, JPY and all the major cryptocurrencies. If you’re in Kyrgyzstan and you use crypto, BitStarz is easily one of the best options out there for coin choice.

Bonuses and promotions

The more interesting piece is the Bonuz Mania system. Deposit $50 or more and you get 3 spins on a special slot. There are daily free spins. Going by player reviews, they hand them out even without a recent deposit. Cashback runs from 5% to 50% of net losses over 24 hours, capped at 2x your deposit. A VIP club, tournaments, level-up rewards and mystery prizes round out the list.

Wagering on the Bonuz Mania deposit multipliers is 40x. That’s about market average. Not the harshest, not generous either. Whatever you do, read the terms before you activate any bonus.

Licensing and terms

BitStarz was the first multi-currency online casino, built to take Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies alongside conventional money: rubles, dollars, euros. The operator is Gareton BV, registered in Curaçao under number 160656, with an address at Landhuis Zuikertuin, Zuikertuintjeweg z/n, Willemstad. The company works under Curaçao law and holds license OGL/2024/165/0185, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

Verdict

BitStarz is a solid crypto casino with a good reputation among players. Instant fee-free payouts, 12+ cryptocurrencies, original games and the unusual Bonuz Mania bonus system with its jackpots all count in its favor. It earns its spot among the top casinos.

But some things could be better. The €50 minimum withdrawal is on the high side. Two languages for an audience that size. And the complaints about disputed results, few as they are, can’t just be waved off.

Who is BitStarz for? Crypto players first and foremost. If you keep your funds in Bitcoin, Ethereum or any of the dozen other supported coins, you’ll be comfortable here. Fast withdrawals and zero fees are things everyone appreciates. If you play only with regular money and small amounts, that €50 withdrawal minimum may be a letdown.
